The socio-economic arguments underlying the film, "Everyday Internet", are based on three simple ideas that illustrate the evolution of online services and, therefore the positioning of Wanadoo:

In just a few scenes in a humorous vein, the film "Everyday Internet" reflects the extremely rich palette of services that the Internet will offer us in the near future.

The film was developed and produced by Wanadoo, in collaboration with France Telecom Research and Development's Creative Studio.

These trends can be briefly illustrated by three technological developments:

These are the three technical domains, representative of the Internet society of the future, that are covered in the scenario of this film, the principle of which is to present scenes from everyday life. Each small scene is like "moving snapshot", i.e. it is sufficient in itself to indicate a use, technique or context. On the other hand, to avoid an overly flat run-on of the various, contrasting situations, the cinematographic writing selected here, making use of the resources of video (as opposed to advertising images produced on 35 mm), is deliberately based on the overlapping of the scenes.

In this way, the producer highlights the proliferation, diversity and problems of scenes from real life where Internet services crop up (like what happens as you browse through the web). In addition, the tremendous mobility of the image gives an impression of being "caught live", of a snapshot or the capture of fragments from everyday life. Finally, the actor's dialogues and play are in a humorous vein using very ordinary speech.
